Prices
For a short or medium term let of at least a month for 2 bedroom accommodation I normally charge £180 per week for one person or £210 per week for 2 people sharing, although prices can vary according to the time of year.
This includes electricity, bed linen and WiFi.
I ask for one week's notice of departure.
The rent is payable weekly in advance.
For 3 bedroom accommodation the price is £285 per week
Optional Extras
- Cleaning service is available for an additional £20 per week.
- Fresh towels can be provided weekly @ £5 per person set.
- Laundry service @ £10 per bag
Shorter Stays
